We offer a choice of facilities and rooms to cater for your individual needs depending on your function, group size and desired layout. To compliment our two restaurants and bars, we have five different function rooms all within the same complex, each room with it's own individual characteristics.

Happy Jack's Tavern

  • Relaxed and spacious, ideal for an informal meeting and licensed until late.

Stockwhip Bistro

  • Ideal for large bistro or formal functions.

Stockwhip Chargrill

  • A licensed self-service, cook your own style restaurant.
  • For smaller groups or special functions.

Sundowner's Dance Hall

  • Ideal for major entertainment, concerts large banquets / dinners, balls, award nights and special parties.

Lawson's Lounge

  • Set up for informal or small formal gatherings, cocktail parties and business meetings.

The Courtyard

  • Pleasant outdoor areas for a barbecue, afternoon get together or break out area.

Banjo Paterson Room

  • Overlooking The Station and surrounding countryside providing an ideal environment for up to 50 people, theatre style.
