Nestled in the heart of Australia's high country in the foothills of the spectacular Snowy Mountains, The Station is a quick alpine breath away from the beautiful Lake Jindabyne and the magnificent Kosciuszko National Park and is the perfect and affordable venue for your next conference, training programs or team building experience.
Travelling here is easy, comfortable and scenic. The Station is only 5.5 hours drive from Sydney, 7 from Melbourne and 2 from Canberra and is easily accessible and very affordable high country getaway for your delegates.
The Station provides a welcome break from the more conventional group venue and location and is renowned for hosting successful and memorable conference experiences. Our unique high country location, tranquil surrounds, outstanding facilities and local services provide a strong platform for a successful event.

We understand that each organisation requires a different approach and each group has it's own specific needs all of which we professionally cater for, ensuring your event runs smoothly and to schedule!
In between meetings and training, your delegates can also take advantage of our unique mountain backyard and enjoy a wide range of activities, sightseeing, adventure and educational experiences including canoeing, white water rafting, water skiing, abseiling, rock climbing, horse riding, mountain bike riding, paintball, bush walking, gallery tours, helicopter rides and more. There are also many great Monaro drives to explore, and visits to such attractions as the Snowy River Winery, Ski Resorts, Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric Scheme and Mt Kosciuszko (all of which can be organised by The Station).
You can also take the Skitube to Australia's roof top garden and be immersed in the spectacular views of the Australian Alps, or maybe explore the picturesque walking / bike riding trails surrounding Perisher Valley, or perhaps dine at beautiful Blue Cow Terminal restaurant.*
The Station can accommodate from 30-1200 guests and we have hosted conferences, meetings, training workshops, seminars, dinners, presentation nights and team building programs for a wide variety of groups, clubs and associations including government, military, corporate, car and motorcycle groups, schools, sporting, fishing, church and religious groups, youth, hobby, gaming, volunteer, yoga, martial arts as well as social groups, reunions and large family get togethers.

In conjunction with local operators The Station can offer unparalleled team building programs tailor made to suit your organisations, staff and desired outcomes ranging from ropes and obstacle courses, abseiling and rock climbing, raft building and races, canoe polo, various team sports, orienteering and team navigation, boot camps, expedition journeys, wilderness adventures and more.
