As the largest ski resort in the southern hemisphere, Perisher has many stories to tell. We welcome you to explore our Media site, as well as our new-look website. For 2009 editorial images, please email pr@perisher.com.au or call 02 6459 4513 to obtain username and password for our online image gallery. The gallery provides a host of high-resolution images made available for your use in illustrating stories. Access to images is for media professionals only and the images are for editorial purposes only.

Visiting Journalist Program
There is no better way to understand what Perisher has to offer than by enjoying a few days skiing or snowboarding, checking out the amazing landscapes and kicking back to enjoy some of the many après activities. Perisher welcomes a limited number of journalists each winter to allow them to see first hand the many facets of the resort.
Arranging your visit
We are happy to provide assistance whenever and wherever we can to media visiting Perisher. The following tips are a starting point for those planning to visit the resort.
- Please contact Perisher Public Relations via email at pr@perisher.com.au when you know your arrival dates and attach the completed Visiting Journalist Program form.
- A Perisher Media Relations representative will then contact you to arrange your visit.
- Accommodation requests must be made well in advance, preferably prior to the start of the winter season and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
While you are here
- We are pleased to assist with story ideas, resort tours, photography support and resort information.
- Complimentary Mountain Passes can be prearranged for media directly responsible for producing the editorial piece. Media includes photographers, journalists and filmmakers. Please arrange your Mountain Pass prior to your visit.
Following your visit
- We request that you notify us of published stories so that we can update our records. This will assist us in helping with your future projects.
Commercial Film and Photography Shoots
Perisher is a film-friendly resort and hosts many film shoots each season, large and small. Recognising the value of commercial exposure, we support productions that meet our filming requirements. Click here for more information.
