We understand that one of the major attractions for people wanting to work for a Ski Resort is that they enjoy to ski and board! As a winter seasonal employee the staff benefits are numerous.

We also provide regular staff functions to encourage people to meet and enjoy the facilities we have available at the resort. Events will often include food and drink vouchers and entertainment.

The opportunity to join the ACP Retirement Fund - a superannuation fund with no fee's and a good performance record.
An ACP Advantage Card with various associated benefits (such as discounts on Hoyts movie tickets, Ticketek Privilege club memberships, Rockmans, Hertz car hire, MBF discounts, Jurlique, Panasonic, Wizard Home Loans and many others).
Outside the winter season, staff accrue hours to entitle them to 9 day fortnights.
As well as being provided with a combined Staff Lift and Staff ID pass during the ski season, you may also obtain season passes for your eligible dependants (spouse/de facto and children irrespective of age).
Perisher Blue reimburses the cost of the National Parks Pass for Kosciuszko Road and we also provide free car parking.
All permanent staff are also able to participate in our Salary Packaging program. Salary packaging can offer significant salary benefits by reducing your taxable income. To ensure you maximise the benefit of Salary Packaging, we advise all employees to seek financial advice before entering into packaging arrangements.
Your level within the company determines the type of benefits that you may package. The range of benefits includes Cars (Novated or Associate Leases), Work Related Electronic Equipment, Professional Memberships, Subscriptions, Remote Area Housing loans and rentals, Remote Area Electricity and Gas and Superannuation.
Temporary Accommodation can also be provided, along with assistance in finding more permanent accommodation.
